Carismas Caviary     

 

 

The Name "Ca"rismas, covers my name "Ca"milla and my daughters name "Ca"roline.

It began in 1999 with our very first teddy from Asterex Cavery. The first couple of years just for the fun of it, but in 2002 we began attending show. The first 2 years we showed teddies, and in 2003 & 2004 we became the sekond best rough coated caviary in Denmark.

 

In the fall of 2002, we went to Nordic Championship Show in Sweden, where I bought our first alpaca DKklCH Happy Days Ymer, as a pet for my daughter. She was at that time 7 years old

DKklCH Happy Days Ymer won a lot of BIS & BIG placements, and is the founder of many of our cavielines as today.

Without your help through out all out years breeding alpacas and Peruvians, I wouldn’t have had such beautiful cavies today

 

In 2004, 2005 & 2006 we became Danish Best Longhair Caviary, a title we are very glad and proud of.

 

Carismas is a small caviary, with strong and solid lines, that uphold a very high standard for showing and breeding, and has produced a lot of champions.

 

We have exported cavies to all around the would, and there is Carismas Cavies in Germany, Polen, Russia, Sweden, Norway, England, Italy, Portugal and Spain :-)

 

We only breed a very small numbers of litters now, and we have not been attending shows in 2007 and 2008. The breed in the sheed is self black - the only longhairs let is reteried from breeding
